Platinum Swing
The Gaggia Platinum Swing is in the middle of the Platinum Range but still with all the features has every feature you would expect from a top of the line fully automatic Bean to Cup Espresso machine. Made to last with a Stainless Steel frame and Titanium coloured front panel. The Platinum Swing is controlled by a click wheel a 16 character LCD display giving you complete control over all the functions of this outstanding machine. The manually operated drip tray moves a the touch of a finger to fit the cup size you are using and the optional Milk Island automates the frothing of the milk, just fill it up and turn the steam on and Swing does the rest. As with all models in the Platinum Range the Swing has the Gaggia Espresso Plus system to allow you to adjust the body and intensity of the espresso to your taste.
Additional details- Espresso Plus; An exclusive system that allows the user to adjust the body and the intensity of any coffee blend, from a mild espresso to a strong one, depending on the individual preferences and maintaining a perfect crema, just turning left or right the selector dial in the center of the brewing group.
- Milk Island compatible (optional extra). Milk island is Gaggia"s latest answer to milk frothing. It is clean, consistent and easy to use. The milk island is connected to the coffee machine and becomes part of the steam system. Just pour the milk in the jug, turn the steam knob and the machine does the rest. The result: a creamy or frothy milk, perfectly made for a perfect cappuccino. The Milk Island can be cleaned easily and it has a total capacity of 0.4 litres.
- Ceramic Grinder; Integral Ceramic grinder provides more consistency giving more control over the density and body of your coffee. The amount of coffee residue left in the cup is substantially reduced. The ceramic coffee grinder is quieter and will last longer.
